You can, but only if you buy it refurbished from Apple themselves. Otherwise whatever the warranty is from the third party

Well ****. I can't get it then since the ones I found either don't offer a warranty or it's super shady. Apple doesn't sell refurbished iPhones so I'm basically screwed.
I'll just have to save up for an iPhone 6s or something to get that 128 GB.
