Maybe it's self shade.
She looks good but yeah obviously it's predictable.

She needs a break. Why won't she go away? I just thought about it.

Because she believe saturation is a good thing and if she goes away too long people will have more time to realize her gimmick.
That said, the GP surprisingly has been smart enough to.
TPP era proved it. She did what they told her to do which was tone down the clown wigs and pop songs and we will support you (they being urban culture)...she became #1 on urban multiple times but they still didn't buy the album and rather stream her music but even they streamed music of artists that they bought albums for too.
Urban loved her when she got breast and butt implants and sold her soul and liked her hustle when she was pretending to be a lesbian to turn on girls, pretending to be Lil wayne's mistress (nicki lewinsky) and admired her hustle stealing Kim foxy and eve's swag and using Lil wayne's formula to overexpose herself on features for hype.
It worked. They considered her cool.
Then she saw money and global opportunities and sold her soul 2x over to look like the urban lady gaga. She gained commercial success.
Urban culture abandoned her. her ego got too big she continued to rebel against advice and confused her audience but made more money.
She got more money.
Then in 2013 after severely underperforming and dealing with the backlash of AI she had a "make under" as urban TOLD her to do and didn't really get many hits but urban warmed back up.
She then toned down and came out with Pills n potions. It underperformed so she went back to the gimmicks with anaconda. Confused her audience again. only used her as instagram pics and didn't take her seriously. She relied too much on a list urban acts Beyonce, chris brown, wayne and drake for urban hits instead of her own solo songs.
She promoted the crap out of the pinkprint. 8-9 releases...not even 750k US and 1M ww.
streaming helped thanks to features but despite the money people saved "streaming" the album they didn't use that money to consistently see her on tour where the likes of Jcole were outgrossing her with 3,000 less in attendance.
She chased money and fame then when suffering backlash she tried to tone it down. It didn't work and now people see how she really is a creation from past original legends and her music is only cute for the moment whereas theirs stand the test of time.
But she's rich so I'm sure she's happy with the money.
