the sudden build to the chorus of Cruel World is great! so excited
Sad Girl is very laid back and chill,, but catchy. i'm SO glad it's not a literal song about her being sad; however, i have to wonder if with songs like SG and TOW, if she has cheated on a boyfriend or what not. seems like a random/strange thing to pretend. she has sound how personal this album is--private vs. public life, etc.
i like PWYC's chorus, but isn't it called YOU and not I Cry? i'm confused--why is she being so self-absorbed? ;D
MPG: i liked the lyrics of the first snippet the most but the actual sound of the song itself the least, but the chorus is really cool. love her high voice!
FMWUTTT: the lyrics are so bitchy, i love it. it's catchy, i am most anticipating this song!
Old Money is obviously the standout, it's very BTD, maybe a little Ultraviolence? i hope she goes up the octave for the next choruses and that the song continues to build.
TOW is great, such a perfect cover and interesting finish to the album
