You can't post a High Quality .GIF as your Primary Avatar.
So Copy the image URL, which is http://i.minus.com/ieAqdkfchGMEt.gif
and paste it in the High Quality Avatar Field over at: http://atrl.net/forums/profile.php?do=editavatar

Oops missed that question. Here is a screencap I used to show someone else.

If you want to make your animated avatar works make sure your options look like this. The upper section is for a non animated avatar for your wall/mobile version. Bottom section is animated avatar for the forums.

You can just right click and "Copy Image url" then put that url in the box since I have it uploaded to my minus.
