Ice needs to resist water.
Also Freeze Dry should be 80 base like Scald.

Ice needs to resis Flying (no only so that ice can get something but also because flying is too strong) and Ground.
It would be much better with those already. Get rid of the pebbles weakness and ice type usable

I wonder which Pokemon would jump tiers if Ice type got a boost. Still Gamefreak had the opportunity to help ice type for 6 generations but they helped dark. Maybe gen 7... sigh.
