If you're saying Miley is "stealing" black culture, you're implying that none of her black producers, collaborators, back up dancers, etc. could possibly have wanted to work for/with her. You're saying because they're black they must feel a certain way about her, or must only want to express themselves in ways that Tumble SJWs see appropriate. Youre saying that because theyre black, they are incapable of making decisions for themselves, particularly decisions you don't agree with. And that's racist! A black woman has just as much right to be "trashy" as Miley.
