Its more progressive to women to nurture anarchy than conformity.
1999-2003ney is a classic example of this. Society, especially American society wants a woman who doesn't speak, looks powerful and sexy but belongs only to her man.
Men on the other hand can be anything and thats why they achieve so much in society because there is no box that they have to fit in.
