Mutt Lange is the best and most successful rock producer of alltime.He is responsible for the sounds and mega albums of ACDC,Def Leppar,foreigner,bryan adams,the carrs and so many other acts. And of course he is married to one of the biggest female acts of alltime and produced her last 3 mega selling albums, Shania Twain.But Mutt is a reclusive genius and Shania is a recluse too. Mutt is concentrating on Shania's next release and that is his first priority. Plus, Ashlee or her team couldn't afford to get such legendary producer like Mutt.
But there is no doubt if any producer in history can make any album be massive it is Mutt's magic touch and genius.

I wouldn't say Mutt is the best rock producer ever. I would have to go with Jack Douglas for that title. Just his work with Aerosmith alone puts him over the top but then there is all the other bands and artists he has worked with. John Lennon, The Who, and so many more. I would love to see Ashlee have Jack Douglas as a producer too but I am not sure Jack would work with Ashlee. But anyone would be better than Timbo.

She's gonna have some competition because Mariah Carey is going to release her album the same day (december 4th). So that means the "diva's battle" is not only on november. It will be on december too

So were you pissed when your new song leaked this past weekend? "Um, yea. But it's like-The Internet is really funny that way. That version is SUCH a rough cut. My vocals are way better. WAY better". Yea, I hope so- It sounds like you say something about a monkey on your back. "HA HA, um. Those are NOT the words. What I do have [on the album] is tons of crazy songs. When you listen to it you'll get up and dance, jump around, do all of that." So you're over that pop/rock/angry girl sound? "I guess...I've got Timbaland,[John] Legend, amazzzing producers. I guess the album cover is shot? What is the look? " Oh yea- it's VERY sexy, real hot and totally different from the last cover. You're gonna love it."
