When playing through the game you can't get a Froslass with a moveset that makes it useful unless you start breeding and training it, which I don't do when doing a playthrough. It defeats the purpose of a playthrough for me, that **** is for postgame when creating a competative team.
When creating a competative team, there's just much better options for the exact same purpose in OU.
So, for me it's lackluster
I see your point....
What i mean though, is for someone who likes froslass he can use her without being a total waste of slot
The next pokémon out is a force to be reckoned with in OU. But even though it's powerful, it seems its design is lackluster, considering its low position.
Also, another pokémon out soon may cause some meltdowns. Mostly because of its cuteness, probably. It has lots of 10's for its low position.
