I showed this photo to my mother, grandmother and some friends from college...none of them know who is on the photo and most of them said this is an 8-9 year old child

Hilary Duff's child was born in 2012 too (2.5 months younger than Blue) and I don't see much difference...

She looks older than 3
She looks like she could be 7
I teach kids who are 10 years old and they are not much bigger than her
She can be tall for a 3 year old but not that tall
