I guess its because I did not go in with ridiculously high expectations, because I read the books and I thought the movie was fine. It was already 2 1/2 hours long, theres only so much they can put in there.
Its definitely one of the better film adaptions I have seen.

I was afraid they would try to make another Twilight but I'm so glad they didn't, the film is awesome and Jennifer and Josh were absulutely perfect!!!

I went to see the movie today with not knowing much about it and with no real expectations, and I really liked it. Didn't expect to be this 'mature' which surprised me (in a good way, of course).
Just saw it today and I liked it. I was halfway through the book when I watched the movie and I already noticed a lot of differences so I am excited to finish the books and see the authors real-in depth story.
I loved it, it was great for movie standard. Of course the book will always be better, so you can't go expecting a lot. It was the same with HP, perfect books and the movies are great for what they are, and you can't compare them. If you do, you end up pissed with a sucky movie.
Just finished seeing it. Wow, I really enjoyed it! Am I the only one that laughed at the part when
Peeta was laying on the floor, in which he blended with the pavement?
