As far as premieres go, I thought it was really good. Some thoughts on the cast:
I kind of figured white-collar was going to be the messy tribe. So just played a terrible game out of the gate, playing way too hard. A classic mistake. Carolyn surprisingly slayed, though. When was the last time a female on this show found an idol without a clue? Recognize!
Blue-collar seems like the sweetest tribe (minus Dan) with the most heart, but it'll probably be the much cooler no-collar tribe we're all rooting for. However, I spent a lot of the episode wishing I didn't pick Vince. He was giving be annoying guy, Coach-lite vibes. Hopefully he turns things around and stops being controlling.
A few people (Dan, Nina, maybe Tyler) stuck out as being some of the weaker players that'll quickly be in trouble. The funny thing is that it was completely in line with Jeff's cast assessment. It amazes me how almost all of the cast claims to be a fan of the show, and yet many of them start the game out playing a rather poor social game. Apparently just watching countless seasons isn't enough. Max already annoys me, probably because he sticks out as being a potential Cochran 2.0. And Kelly probably gets the 'most invisible' award. I think she'll become more than just an invisi-Sarah, though. Let's go Shirin, Mike, Sierra, and Will!

I don't really understand this. Apparently she was spoiled to be an early boot, but still like 70% of the players had/kept her on their team. Why should they get a pass? I didn't read any spoilers, but it was pretty obvious that So would be a risky draft selection. It just doesn't seem fair to me.
