WDYLM & STH were both bonus tracks on the original first release Japan Deluxe Version
Ego Remix & Honesty were the only new songs on Platinum and as you said Poison & Video Phone Remix on the Deluxe Re-release

I don't have any great expectations for the two new songs,i mean there must be a reason why they didn't make it to the original album,they might be even be leftovers BEYONCÉ recording sessions.

They might, but considering she got 17 amazing songs on the track list of BEYONCÉ, I doubt the 18th and 19th best songs are really THAT bad.

And that's without considering that maybe they just didn't fit on the album (like Grown Woman or Standing on the Sun). Maybe they didn't work with the flow or repeated something that already was covered.

Or they were newly recorded. It's not as if she couldn't have done that.

I think you're right...they were probably more suited for the album direction of Grown Woman, Standing on the Sun (tribal influenced urban pop)...which could be good. I have some hope for them
