But this is weird because what would happen tho if she was indicted in the middle of the general election? Is she eliminated? Does that automatically make the Rep nom the winner? Would her VP choice take the spot? Does the person that came in 2nd take her spot (Bernie of course)? Cuz if that could happen then I'm voting for him. But I'd never vote for someone who I couldn't trust. Luckily she wasn't indicted and won't be so IF she's the nominee I'd vote for her

Hilary evolved alongside the Democratic party, and is now arguably more in sync with it than Bernie is.

I can see him making a play for the nomination as a democrat. It all starts with Iowa/New Hampshire though. He has to win both otherwise it's a done deal for him

Yes, they technically have the constitutional right to support whomever they want, and the establishment chooses to support its establishment candidate

Look at the republican side. The establishment isn't here for Trump yet he's winning by a long shot in terms of poll numbers and stuff. That's not an excuse Bernie and his supporters should be using .

That's the point. Bernie/Hillary are free to evolve on issues. I never would have said anything about him recently becoming a Democrat if I hadn't seen so much criticism on Hillary for changing opinions.
