I doubt it. It says "crack soon". The game usually appears before the crack. Then the people take time to crack it afterwards, since the demo was already cracked, I don't see the full game taking TOO long.
Ah right so people all download the thing when it's uploaded and then can't actually access the game until there's a crack? Or? This is where I get confused.
S3 is running fine, but I downloaded SimCity 2013 today and I could barely play
Well, SimCity 2013 was a mess. TS4 seems much better optimized with it's low-end specifications so I wouldn't worry too much but I will say that their recommend specs are ridiculous .
The game will be up in less than 10 minutes (hopefully).

Yea, we can't play the game till it's cracked. We can only hope that maybe there's already a functioning crack with the download. Let's hope so!
