I think Blue Jeans is an obvious choice,definitely Top 3 on album by quality.It may not smash hard but it will make people check for her and buy album.That's what I think.
It will sound great now in Spring on radio. Agree about Carmen.

I agree Blue Jeans is great, but its just going to take people back to SNL, and I think it doesn't represent the diversity of the album as much. She needs to put out something to prove that she has music with more energy. Blue Jeans is faster, sure, but its still very associated with Video Games and the slower side of her music. Dark Paradise, Diet Mtn Dew, or Summertime Sadness are the best shots she has I think. This Is What Makes Us Girls could be her Paper Planes with the right movie trailer as well.

I would say Born To Die is more of associated with Video Games than Blue Jeans.Born To Die got overshadowed by Video Games on charts after all and underperformed.I think Blue Jeans has potential to stand on its own.

In my opinion National Anthem should be summer single followed by Summertime Sadness and Dark Paradise.And then whatever they decide.

Tbh, I'm 100% pleased with the single release of Blue Jeans. This song has a lot of potential even if it's from September 2011... And I agree with Sammi, NA and SS should follow.

Initially, 'Video Games' was released with 'Blue Jeans' on the flip. Now the B-side is to gain a bit of single action under its own steam, with Lana Del Rey scheduling a release for later this Spring.

Due to be released on April 8th, 'Blue Jeans' will come equipped with an array of remixes.

Every time I hear the epic firework intro.for National Anthem I just want that epic guitar riff to come blasting out of it. I tried to make peace with the album version but I really do kind of hate what they did to it.

The album version is better than the messy demo. Maybe she will release the demo in a platinium edition or in the re-release of the aka album. The only thing I miss are the original lyrics of TIWMUG.

In national anthem, the instrumental.
In TIWMUG a few lines:
We don't give a what! Instead of Get us while we are hot!
The last chorus is different along with the ending lines.
