Well, she proved she can pull 250k on an April album.
If she released in May/June 2014 I'm sure she could score 300k and platinum sales by the end of summer with the right album and song then fall and winter can be used to promote the 3rd and 4th singles.

May...end idol, perform high school at vmas, collect award
June...movie, perform with ciara and Chris Brown at bet awards, win,

Fall tour in Europe and asia (September and October)
Winter tour in Australia in November
Wrap up tour in december in Africa.

Extra legs as demand requires.
Wig line debuts in 2014.
Her features of course are sprinkled in throughout.
So here for three options:
1) New single in November, album in February with amas, grammys, bmas, bet awards and vmas as promo spots in addition to regular radio, tv, mag promo junkets.
2) New single in February, album in may with grammys, bmas, vmas, vmas
3) New single in late august/September with vmas, amas,.grammys, bmas
I wouldn't mind the options in that order.

As long as the album is quality and promoted right in any quarter it can secure close to 300k and reach close to platinum sales within the first few month...and then the rest will play out.
