It's always like that for shows that have big demand, resellers buy lots of tickets and that's why it sold out in 5 minutes.

The ticket prices are even 20£ more expensive than the original price

I agree at some extent, but she doesn't own anybody an apology tbh. You don't see Katy Perry apologizing for every horrible performance to her fans either.
