TFM is also shorter, so it has less room for "filler", which is why so many people list it as #1. It comes off as being a more "solid" release.

I think TFM and BTW are about equal in terms of overall ratings. TF is cute, but it definitely hasn't aged as well and it's a lot more generic and uninspired. It still has a lot of great tracks though.
