I am a few pages late but I have a few thoughts
1) Yes, I ultimately think that whatever Rih does next will be better organized. No, I don't think she's against promo or ever will be. However, she will never serve Taylor/Katy/Gaga she clearly doesn't like to go all out. But seeing her on Ellen was such a pleasant surprise

and she's never avoided award shows. At least we have that to look forward to.
2) No, I don't think we will get a perfectly traditional album rollout, per say. But perhaps that ties into the promo thing. Or rather, we'll still get a single and then the album, but not on the timeline we hoped for or wanted.
3) R9 in November? How, Sway? Do fans really expect a faster album turnout than Rated R --> LOUD, even when everyone's been paid (thanks Samsung!), she's about to be on tour all year, there's no threat of getting dropped from a label (hey, Westbury), the album was well received my critics, and she seems super proud of it? Come on, guys. I wouldn't expect anything until mid-2017 at the earliest. Even then I kinda doubt it. She gave us Consideration for a reason.
4) Like I've always said, whenever Rih has kids she's gonna pull a Sade on us. So I'm thankful for getting a great album and seeing her out and about, tbh. Rih has made it clear in my eyes that she can take fame or leave it. As long as she's happy and her lifestyle/fam is taken care of, she's good. Hopefully we will see her because of #fashion and things
