"There's a lot of worth to that dress"
- Having high value. Or having no value, depending on the situation. So for example, "that dress is worth nothing" = no value/low value.
"Lady Gaga is worthy of a Grammy win"
- Being worthy of something is showing several different qualities to prove your worth towards a specific action, or thing, or award, or whatever.
But both have interchangeable meanings and I'm terrible at explaining things.
