The promo, the visuals, the video's, the vocals, the choreography and the tour all slayed. So yes overall I would say it was her best era. But best album? no that title belongs to Rated R.
Also the Loud Tour DVD vocals why did she have to sound so weak for the DVD but for most of the other dates she actually tried, had fun, and sounded great.

She could've paid some more money to the sound editors or whatever it is called to make her vocals better.
but their debut is no where as good as Take Me Home hell even Gay All Night is better.
