This used to be my problem too. Here's what I've done this semester to fight it, because I have classes I cannot miss ever.
1) Set up your alarm on the opposite side of your room, so you HAVE to get out of bed
2) If you're on android get "Alarm Clock Xtreme Free." It'll let you set it so you have to answer math problems to turn off your alarm and make sure your brain really wakes up.
3) Make a morning routine. Force yourself to go grab a yogurt, get in the shower, etc. and not back into bed
