Japoy - I would have put Mariah Carey at #1 at some point or she would be higher than she was now, if I really liked "I Stay In Love". To be honest, I'm not impressed with her releasing that song, she could've released other singles like "Side Effects", "For the Record", or "Love Story". If she were to release/released one of those songs, then she may have had a better run on the countdown right now.
