Well see, by then You and I will have been on radio for about 90-ish days. That'd be a good chart run for pop (considering that's about when they released you and I in regards to TEOG's chart run).
Also, that's RIGHT in the middle/later end of the holiday season. Perfect time for sales. By the time it gets close to Christmas, there could be a video premiere, which would build up hype. Not counting about a month later, Marry The Night (if it were to go similarly to YAI) would be in the top 20 on radio, would have great exposure. Could have some good promo opportunities. Then, comes New Years, could have a second wind to last us through January or even perhaps the Beginning of February where we could see the debut of Hair.
