question: i just read that warren was pulled from the speaker line up and people are speculating that it's because she's the VP choice... is this true?

Warren is too polarizing. Hillary is, has always been, and will forever be a pragmatic and a realist. A white male will appeal to more conservatives and independents, and Never Trump'ers. It'll also appeal to the white male demo, which she's lacking in and is being dominated by Trump.

A two women ticket is too risky.

I'm not for Kaine and I think he's boring and predictable af. I'd rather her go with Sherry Brown. He's from Ohio, which is a lot more crucial than Virginia.

The lineup wasn't finalized but yes she was changed from the first day to unknown. Doesn't necessarily mean much, only that she isn't out of the running. Not because she is the VP

Exactly. After he picked Pence it was a done deal for Hillary to pick Kaine. It's whatever I do love Kaine's credentials, relationship with Clinton, readiness for the presidency, etc. I only wish he was more exciting but eh, no one's perfect. He was my 2nd choice anyway. He'll add credibility to her ticket like no one else

Hillary would never pick Charlie Crist, everyone in Florida hates him, she would gain absolutely nothing from picking him. And to the person who said that Hillary could announce anytime between now and Friday, that's untrue, she would never announce while the republican convention is still going on, that's how it works, the candidate who has the later convention waits until the first convention is over before announcing. She won't announce until Friday morning.

The more people talk about the announcement on Friday, and who's leading, the more I'm confident in saying, it'll be "CLINTON/KAINE" ticket. So for those of you holding out for a Elizabeth Warren, it ain't happening. The announcement where she'll present the pick will be in Florida and I'm 100% sure that Tim will be doing some Univision interviews in Spanish.

Because of Trump picking Pence as a non eventful VP that will move the GOP to get behind Trump. It would make Clinton feel safe to pick anybody as her VP. Político had an article that mentioned that Obama had suggested Tom Perez as an optional VP candidate to Clinton.
