Because Hillary already knows she will win, and wants someone who she will work with. She probably doesn't have a great enough relationship with Warren. Perez would be good too, but Kaine is a better leader if that's what it really comes down too.
And in that new interview, she said a Senate majority is really close. Yeah I know the special election thing, but she probably doesn't wanna wait long because her 1st 100 days is very important to her.
And sources say it's either Kaine or Vilsack so it's time to accept the inevitable at this point.
