Her and Bernie came up with it. Although I think the initial plan is more realistic and this whole "free" thing is bogus, there it is. Free public tuition for families making $85K increasing every year by $10K until the cut off at $125K. Community college will be free.
Her plan of refinancing and things, do make sense, and are all still in place for people already in debt.

Libs don't want just free. We want everyone to get the opportunity to succeed. A lot kids, especially blacks and Hispanics have a hard time already exceeding. Community college shouldn't be free forever, but it should be now until these two groups are accurately placed into the workforce like white people.
The economy is stacked against these poor people, where most are attending community colleges. Giving them free options will make them more excited and determined that the country cares for them.

You already get free college...its called FASFA. The taxpayers pay for it.

Clean energy and new developed infrastructure is the future. These people will either have to go to community colleges and get a trade or continue to face poverty as coal dies out soon.

Not until we get out money out of politics, there is no way Oil and Gas companies will allow clean energy to fully take place.

You sound like you are applying that everyone is applieds to for FASFA receives it and that families of students that apply for it don't pay taxes for it.

Oh how you people don't get it. FAFSA does not cover most tuition, and not everyone is applicable. If FAFSA, scholarships, and grants were oh so great, then why do over 40M people have to take out loans and are put in student loan debt for decades......? Right.

Well Hillary pledges to bring up a constitutional amendment in her first 30 days to reverse Citizens United. It'll probably pass the Senate (if we get the majority), but it won't be passing the House unfortunately unless the Democrats really go all out in November.

They gonna pay regardless...with FASFA, or Hillary Free College. When people gonna learn that nothing is technically free. Someone is going to pay for it.

Because people don't apply for the jobs that they should...if want to be a lawyer, doctor, or marine biologist of course you are going to have to take out a student loan...that kind of schooling isn't cheap. ...and quite frankly everybody can't be a Lawyer, Doctor or Marine Biologist.
Now if we are talking about a true trade such as welding, automotive technician, or Registered Nurse...FASFA will cover that tuition cause they are only 2 year courses at Community Colleges once you pass prerequisites.

No, constitutional amendments require a supermajority in both the Senate and House (2/3rds), so it will never pass either.
Hillary's pledge is more of a symbolic gesture. She did say that she would appoint SCOTUS justices that oppose Citizens United, however.

You are so out of touch with reality.

Yeah her small donor matching is more likely to happen. But Citizens United may be a thing of past one day if everything goes right. We'll need to ease into the SCOTUS and slowly gain back Congress.

No...you don't live in the real world. FASFA paid for my Community College education to become an RN, but I am personally paying for my degree to get my PA. Physician Assistant is more expensive tuition wise so of course FASFA won't cover that. FASFA isn't meant to cover that type of education, and it shouldn't.

You people who have it good just don't get it. There's a reason millions of people need help. College is not affordable in 2016 for most people.

If I had it good I certainly wouldn't of needed FASFA, or student loans...
What reason...if they wanted to go to college, and was motivated to do so they would. I was poor, and that didn't stop me.

If you truly believe that in today's society, as long as you work hard enough you'll succeed, I have no words for you.
Everything you've said speaks volumes about your privilege. You really have no idea.

Hillary spends more time trying to destroy Trump than doing her own campaign. She's basically playing the anti-Trump card to get the presidency, which is kinda awkward to me.

This isn't true. She has plans for days on her website. She's running negative and positive ads. She's attacking him on his words and plans while saying what she's going to do in every single speech.
You would probably know that if you actually watched them. She's running a normal campaign. Every analyst would agree.

Not even close to being true. As King Maxx says, Hillary's campaign is pretty standard fare.
Meanwhile, nobody at the Norovirus National Convention has even attempted to explain why Trump would be a good President.

pfft your situation isn't everyones wtf. In my case, i tried applying for FASFA but was denied because my mother makes "too much money" even though I don't live with or receive any type of financial support from her so I'm paying out of pocket, and its pretty damn draining. I did apply for a few scholarships and grants though so hears hoping 🙏🏽

Hillary is no more of a liar than your typical politician. That she's seen as some sort of special super liar shows the effectiveness of the right's smear campaign against her.
Not effective enough to prevent her from becoming president, but effective.

Did McConnell actually attack Hillary for having "ambition"?

Seeing as the VP announcement can come at any moment's notice between today-Friday morning, I'm going with my final pick - Tim Kaine.
All the sources say he's the #1 favored, she wants someone with foreign policy experience, someone who could govern day 1, and when asked about the boring factor she damn near jumped out of her seat saying, "I LOVE BORING!"
I know a lot of you will be disappointed, but it's for the best IMO.

I'm sorry but no. I will never get behind a Kaine or even a Vilsack pick. Literally the two worst possible picks are the leading contenders.
I'd even take someone like Thomas Perez if it wasn't going to be Warren. The Clinton campaign is already viewed as uninspiring and boring, how dumb can you be to go with a choice that adds absolutely no interest to the ticket?
