I started a list of the singles released by lesbian + gay artists so far this decade. I included the people mentioned so far in this thread, plus some others I thought up. IDK if you're going by a certain region though, cause I know Sam has more singles in the UK + some of these may have been region-specific singles. I figure this makes a good starting point though.

We kinda need to discuss Elton John and Queen though. They have such a huge singles discography and I kinda feel like they'll kinda get skipped and not listened to

Kinda deciding if I even want to include bands unless they're all gay/bi/trans/etc as well.

I think the bands with LGBT members should be included, especially if it's the lead vocalist or a prominent songwriter who is LGBT. I'd definitely leave the pop girls out if it's an option; I feel like they'd take over the rate, which would be a bit unfair to the less popular acts. I mean, I guess Fergie wouldn't be any harm considering that she only has that one bad single in the running (if I remember right). But Gaga can sit this one out.
