When someone says they "plead the 5th", it means they chose not to answer the question because it will get them in trouble. In America, its the 5th Amendment law which states you don't have to answer a question that will result in you being found guilty.

If true, I guess they're going for a standard edition with 12 songs and a deluxe with 3 additional tracks. That's really tentative at this point, but we'll see.
