Majority of America, besides young teenagers and the urban community, does not want to hear the same lyrics with a different beat (that aren't even good to begin with). If people can stop rapping about hoes, money, chains, weed, etc. people would take more interest.

Well, it's not like pop music has much to talk about either.
What about Rock music? The state of that is much more alarming. I think it's across the board.
