I'm glad she's happy though. And I want her to remain happy. She doesn't need to be depressed to write sad songs lol.
And for the bolded part: I didn't want fun music at all. And I don't care about charts either, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't underwhelmed after I heard ARTPOP in full for the first time. But you don't see me calling it "trash" or "flop" like the rest of this forum. Don't get me wrong, I like the album, but ARTPOP is her weakest album after The Fame imo. That's just my opinion.
