This has been one of the standouts on the album since day 1, and it's a perfect single. It's everything you would want from a girl trio, a funky, 80s influenced, dancy tune. Even better when it's paired with a hot video of them showing some 80s-like moves on the dancefloor. Who knew these sisters had it in them? But even as they indulge in some choreography, their artistry as a band still shines.

Welp. After going into hiding for like 2 months, Gaga drops one of her best videos and slayed ATRL for a good hour or so. Sadly, the song still flopped horrendously, which basically spelled the end of the ARTPOP era (as if it wasn't already done beforehand). But this remains my favourite song off the album, along with Gyspy. That production blows me away, it's such a banger. Oh and I really like the end where she screams "NEIN ZEDD!".

The best song on Ultraviolence. The song starts off moody, and when Lana starts singing in a higher voice in the chorus, it's heaven-like. All that culminates in an epic guitar solo in the bridge of the song. It's the best part of the song, and perhaps the best thing about Ultraviolence. God thank for Dan Auerbach who really gritted up Lana's sound so much.

Iggy has been getting tons of flak recently, but don't deny the fact that you were totally bopping to this in the summer. At first I thought the sparse instrumentation was kinda weird and not very appealing, but the beats go so hard and the chorus is way too catchy to dismiss. I like to act a lil ratchet to this.

I've always liked this song, but it grew into one of my favourites from the album when I heard it being blasted while shopping in this store. The beats are so dancey, I could seriously bop to this so hard. Plus this is like an anthem for the teens, talking about friendship, and the video is like some cult sorcery stuff. Very cool and relatable.

shades of cool is def one of the better songs on uv. fancy and team are bops.
