I don't know why you would think they'd feel mocked. Freak Shows were and are a real thing; and I think AHS is attempting to be as realistic with portraying a Freak Show as they can be. That's why so many real life "Freaks" are agreeing to partake in this show.
I don't think mocked is the right word, especially if there's no mocking involved. But ultimately that's not up to me or you, but to the individuals that this pertains to.
Morgan freeman is aging for all of us tho
