Seriously, I'd never go to a private school. I was offered when I was in seventh grade and I was like hell no to my parents... it's so extra. I went to a really ****** public school and I was fine. You get our what you put in.

I'm public school too. There's a lot of trashy bogans - but I suppose that's just people of today. I wouldn't want to go to a private school. Far too pretentious and nine times out of ten they're hugely religious.

yeah, i get what you mean. I would have had no problem with going to a public school. But at my primary school, there were like 16 of my friends going to this school i'm at now, so i just went with the crowd My school's really good tho, it's not like full on private, like with the straw hats, and the castle's for buildings

my bf went to private school and even though I finished in 2009 when they did in 2010...and stuff they all look down at me...just because I went to public school, and their school probably did'nt even have a music class as big as mine....mine was very Artistic but none of them know anything about music anyways...they are so snobby (well spoken but thats it) i'm glad I did'nt dealt with that ****.



plus because I went schooly in Bulldogs area...(you know what i'm talking about Victorians) and he goes ew you lived there..it's such a druggy area...he bloody goes to uni there...I hate these bloody posh people)

what'd you choose sis? for my electives i chose: Art, Religion (compulsory), General Maths, Economics, Advanced English and Society and Culture.
But i ended up changing Economics for Business Studies throughout the year and dropped Society and Culture for year 12. I was noT going to have two major works

I have been both to a private school and a public school, and let me tell you that the private school ***** all over the public school. My school is such a happy and safe environment, everyone is literally friends and our teachers teach/help us so much its ridiculous! Most of us have teachers phone numbers and some kids even ask the teachers for money.

But yes, they do think that since you go to a private school you must be loaded as all f***. The cost of some things is pathetic.

At the end of the day, it all depends what school you go to. I love my current school and I no longer have anxiety attacks like I did at my previous school. The Grammer school in the town next to mine is just as bad education wise.
