The Fame - 12 million
The Fame Monster - 4 million

Which one has the correct figures? How much did The Fame Monster sell by itself worldwide?

The Fame was at roughly 4.5M worldwide when it was re-released but there's no way of knowing how many of the additional copies where the original album and how many where The Fame Monster since they have been counted together since.
