I would say Netherlands. She opened there selling as rest of top 100 combined. In year end charts #2 sold only 1/5th of 21 total. And if 21 will make 31 weeks @ top (it have 30 now) it will have longest #1 run.

Just before Christmas and in Australia certification is based on shipments and there is no Diamond Certification.
