And you do know that album doesn't count towards Miley's contract right? That was clearly stated from the beginning. Just because she theoretically has enough content to release 8 albums right now doesn't mean they can. It's still up to the label when and how to release albums, and it's evident they don't want to release her from the contract. She can't just do it on her own.

It cost around $50k (I think the label confirmed it) and the album didn't count towards the contract she's signed with.

Unfortunately, if she has no proof, she's not going to win. And that's just a fact. You can't take someone to court for attacking you, raping you, abusing you, etc. and not have any proof. Word of mouth is only admissible in court when it's comes to verbal contracts. You guys really think Dr. Luke or Sony are going to be help responsible for something that can't be proven?
