New Topic: Here's a new topic to discuss, Same-Sex Marriage in the US.

The US seems to get a bad rep for the whole country not fully legalizing smae-sex marriage. Despite that, there are 17 states where marrying the same-sex is legal. Together, those states make up 120 million. If put together, that would be the 11th largest country in the World. I think that's pretty good

What do you think about Gay marriage in the US? Will the country see equality any time soon? Which state will be next/last to legalize it?

I'd be surprised to see anyone on here disagree with same sex marriage...

I think the country will, as generations come and go.

Probably some Southern/Midwest countries will be the last to legalize

Kansas will definitely be one of the last five to go unless something crazy happens. I live in Missouri - which is so bizarre because Kansas City and St. Louis are some of the most liberal metro areas in the entire country but the rest of the rural population is pretty homophobic.

I have a feeling gay marriage will be nationally legalized within the next decade.
