There is a way to make the dares and truths a little more personal without crossing the line.

For example:

I dare you to post a video of you dancing to "Right Round".

Bad Example:

I dare you to post a nude picture of yourself.

All of the stuff that you all have posted so far is so 4th grade. Not to mention that half of the dares are about bashing an artist, but half the people do that on this site every day.
