Yes it can, at least i think so. You can transfer it from the cartridge to gen 4 games (using the ds that plays gba games), then use two ds to transfer it to gen 5 (it doesnt need wifi, its wireless) and then pokebank/transfer or whatever.

I hate seeing people say these ignorant things to people who do stuff like that. It's the sense of accomplishment of getting a real legit shiny yourself. Having someone gen it for you isn't the same.

If he just wanted a Shiny Kyogre he could've easily begged for one like that person begging for starters, but he didn't.

I mean sure you guys will still knock them down because it's just a shiny and you think it's stupid but to many other people it isn't. It's fun to set a goal for yourself and work towards it, instead of taking the fast, easy, and lazy way out of it.

Except to get it to Pokebank from the 5th generation games you need wifi which has been disabled from all games prior to X&Y...

You dont tho? You just put your black game in open Pokebank and transfer a box. Then you start X or Oras and transfer the pokemon to the game. At least thats what I remember since I didnt pay for it.

No, it's still possible. You transfer it Pokebank while your Gen 5 game is plugged in.

I know I feel that way when I get a legit shiny.

I like to enjoy Pokemon but still get money, music, D and life. No time fuh dat. There are plenty of nerds that are willing to gimme what I want when I need it though.

It's crazy because I was beyond excited when Unova was going to be released with all new Pokemon. Then it was like so Pokemon Bizzaro world of Kanto and I was so mad lol. Only thing that still gives me life are the way Reshiram and Zekrom are blatantly inspired by Blue Eyes White Dragon and Red Eyes Black Dragon.
