Was just watching the Applause video and some of the meltdowns in the comments are just... 
"This is so hard for me to write but i just came back from the store and they had hundreds of copys of Artpop on sale not a single copy was touched. I broke down in the store I started to beg people to buy them. They called the police and escorted me out the store. I shouted on my way out Long Live Artpop! I bet you they thought i was a Gay Jihadist but I can’t stand to see the queen flop like this. I say we round up an army and force people to buy the album"

I stopped listening to ARTPOP sometime ago and am back to playing Born This Way almost on the daily (it's what I listen to when I work out  ). I occasionally put on ARTPOP but I skip 1/3 of the album.
Anyway, I love how rock Born This Way is without having to actually be rock.

I really hope Gaga gets out of her "I don't want anymore huge hits" & "I don't want to work with anybody on anything ever, I'm gonna do everything myself" mindset for the next era, I'm ready for some real bops

I've been listening to so much Gaga lately and...Born This Way has definitely aged the best for me. And I still listen to ARTPOP every few days still. I love The Fame and The Fame Monster, but I find half the songs on both records boring to listen to them because I overplayed them too much back in the day

I just want Gaga to follow her gut and forget about what the fans, the critics, and the record label wants, and create something from the heart. Regardless of whether or not it'll be a commercial success, I reckon it'd be amazing quality wise.
I actually think the GUY music video is a good example of when Gaga has a well thought out and excuted plan that SHE loves and is 100%, she produces her best work.

I disagree though, I feel like Gaga is an incredible artistic genius but she's a commercial artist and as such she needs to be edited

No filler to be found on The Fame! Just the classic Gaga I fell in love with.
Even "Again Again" is better than half of the songs on ARTPOP. 
Also, Summerboy is flawless >>>>>

Also, surely I can't be the only Gaga stan who LIVES for the entire 'The Fame' album? It's literally the soundtrack for my entire pre-teenage years (well, that and One Of The Boys). To this day I love every single track from that record, all 18 of them.

Tbh, I don't really care whether or not Gaga is commercially successful anymore. Though, if Gaga wants to still be a commercially successful artist she'll need to find people she can collaborate with, and who will challenge and edit her/.

But I agree, Summerboy (as the other songs on TF) are flawless.
But I won't stand for all this ARTPOP hate. The album is amazing, Aura, Venus, GUY, Sex Dreams, DWUW, Manicure, ARTPOP, Fashion, Brooklyn Nights ( ), Gypsy and Applause are all flawless bops that don't deserve to be shaded

So my gym likes to play music videos and whatnot on a few screens and the music plays throughout the location. Sometimes they'll show local ads, weather, etc. Unfortunately, they've decided to play those ads during G.U.Y. HOWEVER, they have been playing the audio of the music video (AP first, Venus next, then G.U.Y) instead of just the song. I thought it was a one time thing, but its happened EVERY TIME they play G.U.Y. I can't tell if its shade or what

People are hating on ARTPOP just beacuse it underperformed and I'm too old for this. The truth is, musically, ARTPOP is equally good as her other albums, it is different, but good. In fact, for me, it is her best album.
As for The Fame - I still think it's far better than TFM and BTW.
