It's my worst song on the album in my opinion and wish it was a bonus track instead of Better, Liar or If I'm Dancing. I give her credit for trying something new, and I hear it on other songs and it WORKS but for some reason her vocals on Private Show are a little cringeworthy. I do like the work it work it part though.

Three things stood out the most to me:
+ The production is incredible. The album is incredibly cohesive and it flows so well. She experimented with sounds she never had before. This is like In The Zone + Blackout's baby but with a brand new twist too. I've seen everywhere that it completes the trinity, and it really does.

+ The lyrical content: this isn't some: "Let's go to the club-club-club I wanna get drunk-drunk-drunk and party all night long-long-long" type of ****. Even with the songs about sex and dancing... they make sense. They tell a story. Sometimes they're even deep. I'm incredibly proud that she had input in them too.

+ The vocals: **** yes She actually tried to sing and I love that she wasn't afraid to go to places she never had before. Not many people do, but I love and appreaciate her nasal tone so much. Especially on songs like "What You Need", it's like she really was trying to go THERE. And i appreciated all the adlibs and the different layers of her vocals. I was incredibly impressed.

With that being said, on more general lines, I'm happy with the outcome of this masterpiece. It really is a beautiful body of work, from beginning (with the eerie Invitation) right up until the end (with the mysterious and sexy Coupure Électrique).

These are my three standouts:

- Love Me Down: I love the attitude on the verses and the breakdown in the chorus takes it to a whole new level. I also love the island vibe on the pre-chorus. Please be a single.

- Slumber Party: the sexy verses and the latin-influenced chorus This was my favorite on the first listen.

- Man on the Moon: "I can't compete with the stars in the sky I'm invisible... invisible" THAT. IS. ALL.

It was really hard to just pick three, but honestly the rest of the album is pretty much equally outstanding and incredible. I seriously love and praise every single song. The sultry and Perfect Lover influenced "If I'm Dancing", the sassy almost pop-rock "Liar", the moody "Invitation" and foreign influenced "No Seas Cortés" and "Coupure Électrique". Each song sounds like a masterpiece for me. This is a 10/10. I'm impressed, proud and slayed

Liar is such a fierce song and it deserves a fierce video. My mood always changes whenever I listened to this song. It's a shame that it's only in deluxe version.

From what I've observed, Army members are falling into two camps:

• There is Army Camp A that likes "If I'm Dancing" and Army Camp B that likes "Man on the Moon."
• There is Army Camp A that likes "Just Like Me" and Army Camp B that likes "Just Luv Me."
• There is Army Camp A that likes "Better" and there is Army Camp B that likes "Love Me Down."
• There is Army Camp A that likes "Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortés)" and Army Camp B that likes "Coupure Électrique."

What I'm more concerned with is how everyone is snubbing "Hard To Forget Ya'." It's one of the
best on the album and is kind of being overshadowed and Jan Brady-ed and this needs to stop.

[Bad Things]

I took a day off of this album, and coming back after listening to Blackout and In the Zone, I take back what I said originally and now say that this is her 3rd best album. People saying that Blackout and In the Zone had a child with a twist is the best description I've seen so far, because it's so true. It has the aura and the sex of both albums, as well as the diverse sounds like ITZ and a lot of Urban influence like Blackout did.

My favorite songs are definitely Man on the Moon, Slumber Party (that chorus, woo lawd ), Love Me Down, Just Like Me, and Do You Wanna Come Over?

I think the flow of the album is a bit choppy at places, (ex: Make Me > Private Show > Man on the Moon) but the intro and outro songs of the album are PERFECT. Invitation is beautiful, and Coupure Electrique is so intriguing. Perfect balance and perfect placement for both of the songs.

Standout moments, for me personally were:

- Man on the Moon as a whole: I mean, this is one of Britney's best songs in her entire career. It's so beautiful and it's also really nostalgic for me, just reminds me of the "old" Britney.

- Her vocals: Everyone has said this, but it's so true. She went places that she hasn't gone in years or hasn't gone ever, and it worked for most songs and didn't for one, but it's the fact that she wasn't scared to try.

- The overall feel: This album just makes me feel like I'm listening to a Britney album. No album she has released since Blackout has made me feel that way. Maybe it's just me, but when I listen to Glory, I know I'm listening to Britney, and it's a feeling that is so indescribable. Just perfect.

- Just Like Me: It has this rock-ish vibe to it that I love to see from Britney. Her vocals, the storyline, the chorus, it's just magic. I love this song so much and I'm so glad Britney recorded it, and hope that everyone in the GP and stan world can appreciate this song together for the masterpiece that it is.

- And of course, Slumber Party: This song is so ****ing HOT. I literally sat, mouth wide open, the entire time when I first listened. Idk if it's the melody or the beat, or what, but it's just. so. ****ing. good. A classic Britney sex bop tbh.

Overall, I'd give this album a 9/10, and that's only because there are a few songs that I'd change or at least move around to get a bit more cohesive flow (Better, Private Show). Again, her most solid effort since Blackout. A true masterpiece.
