The thing is that haters say she'd fake her personality.
That in truth she wouldn't care about her fans and just acts like she'd be so nice all the time.

This may sound weird but when I was at the Monster Ball I really honestly got the feeling that she has no idea how famous and influential she is, somewhere in the back of her mind she thinks she is dreaming and is still playing dirty clubs in New York. I love her so much, the Fame hasn't changed her.

It's amazing how truly having to work for your success keeps you sane, nothing was handed to her and it really shows.
