I gave it multiple chances. Joanne is just not good . Dancing in circles has that "tap down those boots..." hook that's super cute but the chorus is a non Event.

listening to Frank's forgotten album Bland...there are a couple gems on here once u get past the factor that it all sounds the same. such a let down tho. glad he didnt submit to the Grammys....not that he would've been a big deal anyway...but at least he's out the way. thx Frank.
