They're nothing alike. They both have some disco influences (less in the case of Birthday) but that's it. Blow is heavily influenced by R&B, urban and funk. Birthday is more bubblegum and dance. They both have sexual lyrics but Birthday is cute and virgin, Blow is straight up nasty.
