SWIFT START: Repeat ACM Entertainer of the Year winner Taylor Swift scores her highest Pop Songs debut, as "Eyes Open" bounds in at No. 28. The song, from the soundtrack "The Hunger Games: Songs from District 12," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last week with 175,000 copies sold, according to SoundScan, starts even higher on Adult Pop Songs (No. 24). The debut is the Adult Pop Songs chart's highest since Dec. 13, 2008, when the Fray's "You Found Me" began at No. 19.
