Ok seriously, i would hire someone who covers my needs at time, if i'm gonna do a great campaing I would hire someone beautiful but stupid as the image of it, but is i'm going to hire someone to do my accounting stuff i would hire someone clever. I think everyone have a talent and deserves an opportunity.

Igor, He was a great teammate, and I learnt a lot about leadership from him, he also was a good competitor along the full game, unfortunately he was so absent at the end. I consider him a good player and a friend.
