This woman needs to smash because she is a great performer and one of the best voices of the pop girls. She just needs better music, preferably something more emotional. She is 34, right? I think she should do a ballad/mid-tempo like We Belong Together (Mariah Carey). I think it would smash, because I know a lot of people view Nicole as cold and bitchy, and that would also be a great way to reach out to a variety of audiences. Also, Mariah did that song when she was 34-35, so yeah, Nicole should do something more mature which truly shows off her talent!!

idk, DHYB is her biggest hit so far. And Interscope never really uses other radio formats in the US, so basically we don't know that for sure

Nicole is extremely sexy, so she shouldn't be throwing her beauty away. However, it does not seem like people are here for her at all anymore (not in the US at least). She just needs to find her own sound, and I think going for a more mature sound would be a great change, and it would separate her from the other girls as well
