It might've actually been the best concert of my life. Either this or Speak Now Tour for sure. I didn't expect this to be better than artRAVE
* but wow, Katy really knows how to put on a show. The stage was wonderful, there were so many moving parts and the prism screen was just genius. Every performance had a ton going on so you were always looking around and seeing new things every few seconds. There were so many awesome things she had going on, like a 3D firework display at the end, as well as balloons and confetti falling down during Birthday. It was just a really amazing, fun time and I was entertained throughout the whole show. There were also some funny, wacky and cute parts scattered about. She was also so sweet on stage by letting a little girl up to give her a box of pepperoni pizza, a girl who had her birthday later in the month and sat on her lap, and then she had this dance cam so a lot of people got their 3-5 seconds to shine while dancing in the audience. I really loved it and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Her performance skills were pretty good, though during the song she ran out of breath or stopped singing a few times during most songs, but it was fine. Her vocals during the ballads and all were amazing and yeah... I just really loved it and I was definitely impressed. I already saw her before but that was just a little set at Jingle Ball while this was a much larger scale, and seems to be her biggest tour yet. She just had all the bells and whistles and I can't really complain about much at all. Plus the fact that my sister somehow got us really great seats by the stage just two days ago was awesome, I think it was the closest I've ever been in any concert. It was the 8th row but it was technically the 5th row in the stands and it was way closer than we were expecting.
*= Even though I love artRAVE, it was just a big party (and not even as big as Prismatic) and not a massive, grand masterpiece like her other tours. I still loved it for sure, but I wasn't as slayed as I should've been.
